What is synchronized
After OAuth callback Lumika can synchronize assets and profile fields where available.
- Facebook Page account entries (id, name, username, avatar).
- Connected Instagram account entries (id, username, profile image, biography when available).
- Customer profile fields required for conversation mapping and activity history.
- Page-level tokens used for webhook subscriptions and messaging APIs.

Create integration and start OAuth
- Open Dashboard → Integrations and create Meta/Facebook integration.
- Click Connect with Facebook to start secure OAuth flow.
- Select business assets and pages you want to authorize.

Approve scopes and return to Lumika
- Review requested permissions on Meta consent screen.
- Approve required scopes and complete callback.
- Lumika validates permissions and proceeds with asset synchronization.

Confirm synchronized accounts and test
- Verify linked page and Instagram accounts in Integrations.
- Send test message from Facebook Page inbox and Instagram DM.
- Confirm both channels appear correctly in Activities timeline.
