Required OAuth scopes
The following permissions are required by Lumika Facebook integration flow:
- pages_show_list
- pages_manage_metadata
- pages_messaging
- instagram_basic
- instagram_manage_messages
What data is used
After authorization, Lumika may read account and messaging metadata required for operation.
- Page identity: id, name, username, profile picture (when available).
- Connected Instagram account identity when linked to the page.
- Messenger customer profile fields needed for conversation context (id/name/avatar/username where available).
- Inbound and outbound message payloads needed to run and audit conversations.
You can revoke access any time from your Meta Business / app settings.

Connect your page with OAuth and validate messaging in one flow.

Create Facebook integration in Lumika
- Open Dashboard → Integrations and create a Facebook integration.
- Click Connect with Facebook to start OAuth flow.
- Select the Business/Page assets you want to authorize.

Approve requested permissions
- Review Meta consent screen scopes.
- Approve required permissions for messaging and page metadata.
- Complete consent and return to Lumika callback.

Verify account sync and webhook delivery
- Lumika synchronizes connected page accounts after callback.
- Existing linked accounts are refreshed and metadata is updated.
- Send a test message to your page and verify activity in dashboard.
